The company G. Manolopoulos S. M. Ltd. kindly offered the men’s basketball team of Triton for free a full series of sports performances for all the team’s players.

Triton’s basketball department was founded in 1942 by a group of Panhellenic athletes and owes its name to the submarine “Triton”, which was sunk by the Italians during World War II.

Triton’s headquarters, which notably maintained very good relations with Egyptians, was originally located in an open field on 3rd September Street until the early 60s when the team was forced to move to Sepolia, to the small open field on Dyrrachio Street, which it was its historical seat where NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo took his first basketball steps.
