In the team of G. MANOLOPOULOS S. M. Ltd., Dimosthenis Spyratos joins, assuming the duties of Chief Operating & Business Development Manager.

Mr. Spyratos, has over 20 years of work experience in companies, Service Provision, Distribution and Retail Chains with areas of responsibility such as: Operations & Logistics Management, Service Strategy, New Business Development, Customer Service, After Sales Support , Service Level Agreements, Sales of Services, Team Leadership, Cost Savings, Reorganization.

He started his career in 1999 from the company Info Quest S.A. (dominant IT Products and Solutions Distribution company in Greece). During the 8 years of this collaboration, he assumed various positions, the last of which was Service Logistics Manager, while at the same time he also provided his services to other companies of the Quest group such as **Decision* * (Integrated IT Solutions & Applications, with one of its most important projects OASIS: implementation of a central trading system of the **Athens Stock Exchange**).

In 2004 he was awarded by the company with the Aris Vlachos” scholarship for his performance & hard work.

In February of 2007 he started his collaboration with the company Multirama – of the Olympia Development Group, founded by Panos Germanos – one of the largest IT product store chains with **76 stores ** throughout Greece, assuming the position of Service Operations Manager.

From September of 2012 to January 2019 he held the position of Service Operations Manager at the company Public – Retail World SA., the largest Greek store chain for technology and entertainment products with 50 stores in Greece, 5 in Cyprus, 2 On-line stores and with many awards such as: *“Leading business in retail for 2016” * etc.

As an executive of the Olympia Development Group, he also cooperated and provided his services to other companies or partners of the Group, such as:

  • Getitnow: the largest purely online technology store in Greece (2010 – 2014) with the largest variety of online shopping products and services.
  • Westnet: one of the leading IT Product and Solutions Distribution companies in Greece and awarded in 2017 with the title of “Top Technology Supplier”.
  • Wind: one of the largest telecommunication companies – providing integrated Mobile, Fixed & Internet services, with more than 4.5 million customers in Greece.

Over the years, he has worked with leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of IT and high-tech products such as:

Apple, Lg, Samsung, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Sony etc., but also with the largest Authorized Repair Centers in Greece such as: Ts-Solutions, Omnitech, CPI, Smartec, iSystem, Cellcom etc.

He also works with the Athens Chamber of Commerce (EEA) as a Volunteer Mentor in the “Early Warning Europe” program which aims to support businesses and entrepreneurs facing difficulties due to the crisis. Through this role he provides his professional knowledge and experience and contributes to the development and implementation of a business plan to address the issues and motivate the entrepreneur to take action and make the necessary changes.

Also, since 2015, he has been a Volunteer in the association “Society in Action” which is active in the Petroupoli area, aims to support fellow citizens who are in need at a psychological, economic and social level and bases the its operation on the principles of collectivity, volunteerism and social solidarity.

Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Logistics Company EEL and the Hellenic Procurement Institute EIP.
